My registration form is not being submitted; what can I do?

The form can take one or two minutes to submit if your connection is not strong. However, if it is still not being submitted, please send a message via the contact form. We will come back to you as soon as possible.

I am not receiving my confirmation email after registration; what can I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder in your mailbox. If you still have not received a confirmation email after a few minutes, please send a message via the contact form.

How can I modify my registration?

Go to My Registration and click on the  “Modify Registration” button. From there, you will be able to go through the whole form again and update it according to your needs. Once you reach the last section of the form, click on “Submit”, and soon afterwards you will receive an email confirming your modifications.

How can I add or remove a guest from my registration?

Go to My Registration and click on the “Modify Registration” button. From there, click on the button “Edit your guests” on the top right of your screen. You will be able to edit your guests’ information, add one or more, and delete one or more. Do not forget to click on “update” once you are done. You will receive a confirmation of modification per email, with your new QR codes if you add more guests. Once you remove a guest, their QR code will not work anymore and cannot be used to access the event.

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes, go to My Registration and click on the “Cancel” button. Please note that this will also cancel any guests' registration you may have had.

How do I share my guests’ QR codes with them?

First, add your QR codes you received in your confirmation email to your Wallet App. In the Wallet App, click on your QR code pass and then select the “share” icon. From there, you will be able to share the QR codes with your registered guests.
