The Summer Festival will be on Saturday, August 24 from 11am to 7pm.

Where is the Summer Festival taking place?

The Summer Festival will take place in Beaulieu, Avenue Bergières 10 - 1004 Lausanne. 

Who can join? 

All PMI Swiss-based employees, eligible third-party workers, eligible pensioned retirees and their close ones are warmly invited to join the celebrations. 

How can I register?

Can I bring my pet to Beaulieu?

Please note that due to the venue's policy, pets are not allowed.

Will there be any parking spaces available?

Parking spaces will be available in Lausanne and Neuchâtel. However, we strongly recommend considering public transportation whenever possible.

In the registration form, please let us know your expected mode of transportation to reach Beaulieu on the Summer Festival day. This information will help us organize parking and shuttle services more efficiently.

How can I access the spaces if I have reduced mobility?

The Beaulieu site is accessible to people with reduced mobility and to wheelchairs but, since rooms are located in various buildings, access methods may differ. Reserved parking spaces will also be arranged for you. Should you have any questions or need additional assistance, please contact us.

I have a baby: is the event adapted to little ones? 

Beaulieu welcomes strollers with ease and boasts a cozy baby corner complete with all essentials—diapers, wipes, and even a comfy breastfeeding chair, alongside a handy microwave. And for the little adventurers, a treasure trove of animations and fun activities awaits to ignite their imagination!

What time will the live entertainment and food offering end?

Live entertainment and food offering will end at 6pm.

What type of food will be served at the event?

You’ll find a delicious selection of Swiss and international cuisines, thoughtfully prepared with an eye for diverse preferences! There will be truly a plate for every palate! If you have any food sensitivities or allergies, rest assured: every dish will be clearly labeled with its ingredients.
