After last year’s success, we are excited to announce that employees from both Neuchâtel and Lausanne will once again gather to celebrate Together as One community. 

All PMI Swiss-based employees, eligible third-party workers and pensioned retirees are warmly invited on Saturday, August 23 at Beaulieu, Lausanne from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What should I know before the event?

Before filling out the registration form, we recommend visiting the dedicated page for further information about the registration process, transportation options, and other event details. 

How can I register?

Simply click on "Register" at the bottom of this page and fill out the registration form with the necessary information.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with your personal QR code. This code grants you access to the event and must be shown at the welcome desk upon your arrival at the Summer Festival.

Don't forget, registration closes on Sunday, August 17. Make sure to secure your attendance! 

How can I get there?

We aim to make your journey to the Summer Festival as smooth as possible! With your best interest in mind, we have organized free parking spots in Lausanne and at the Neuchâtel Campus.

For our Neuchâtel colleagues and their families, a convenient shuttle service will be provided for a hassle-free round trip from the Neuchâtel Campus to Beaulieu. To use this service, please remember to register for it while filling out the form.
